Terms & Conditions

1. 1. We may, at our own discretion, decline a booking.
2. 2. Once we have sent a confirmation booking, it is the clients responsibility to ensure all details are correct.
3. 3. Any booking that has been taken at least 24 hours in advance and is subsequently cancelled with less then 8 hours notice, may be at the discretion of Licensedblacktaxi.com be charged at 50% of the price of that particular booking.
4. 4. Any car parking fees will be included in your quote.
5. 5. Credit card are subjected to a 3.9% processing charge.
6. 6. Whilst our drivers always carefully plan the route we take, we always ask that you allow for sufficient time for journeys that are time critical (i.e. Journeys to airports) as we will accept no responsibility or liability for road closures, accidents, diversions, protests or breakdowns, that result in missed flights, connections. We are always happy to provide advice when booking, with regards to journey times etc.
7. 7. When a booking is confirmed, we will provide details of the vehicle you will be using. We reserve the right to change the make of vehicle, but you will be fully informed of this. If this happens, you have the right to cancel.
8. 8. We are not permitted by law to carry hazardous materials.
9. 9. Smoking is not permitted in any of our Vehicles
10. 10. Seatbelts by law must be worn at all times.
